So how does it all work? Firstly, I will assess the market value of your property for free. I base this assessment on comparable recently sold properties specific to your area.
Once you decide to sell I will consult you in preparing your property to show at its best. I use the best photographers in the industry to make your property shine. Feel free to reach out to see my past listings, they all present great!
Then, I market your property using a multitude of resources: social media, web content, open houses and community signage.
Showings will be scheduled to fit you or your tenant’s schedule.
Finally, negotiating is important to any deal. I work with the other agent to make sure that terms are well defined and fit your desires. Not all contracts are created equal; I carefully read them to make sure no discrepancies arise on closing day.
